Egged up some bone-in chicken breast rubbed with salt and pepper. Sautéed the onion, garlic,celery and carrots. Then added stock and noodles after the stock started to boil. Finished product was oh so good. I give you Chicken Noodle Soup from da egg

I left it uncovered for 1/2 the time it was cooking. It was not smokey like a piece of smoked meat but you could def taste a hint of smoke.
