Tonight's Dinner

Pork loin rubbed with Bone Suckin Rub and cooked raised direct at 400 with some hickory chunks. Sweet Baby Rays for the final 10 minutes. Side of Brussels sprouts on the egg with bacon and dressed with balsamic vinegar. Some grape tomatoes thrown in. 

I I spiced mine up with some Tiger Sauce. Just tried it for the first time today. Very good stuff.
