Lemon Cheesecake Bars

for lemon bars. Started off with the crust package and added in 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers. Baked at 350 for 8 minutes.
Then added in a brick of cream cheese mixed with an egg, vanilla and 1/2 cup of sugar. That was spread on the warm crust followed by the lemon mix with 3eggs and cream. Baked for 40 minutes until somewhat set as it will really setup once cooled.
Topped with ready whip and enjoy! Nice and refreshing!

@JohnInCarolina It was weird as the lemon mix was poured onto the cheesecake layer and as it cooked the two sort of switched places and comingled.

@Brisket_Fanatic, I have used that mix before and added the juice of one lemon and 2 tablespoons of the lemon zest. You could also add a teaspoon of lemon extract if you didn't have a fresh lemon. Looks fantastic!
