Yet another Short Rib Post (Chubbs Started it)

I've been craving short ribs ever since @Chubbs posted his so I jumped on the bandwagon and made some.  I splashed these with Worcestershire and  Stubbs beef rub.  Smoked at about 250 with pecan and hickory for 3hrs then foiled a few for 2hrs.  The foiled ribs were done at 5hrs and I let the unfoiled ribs went another half hour but they could have gone longer.
