Homie has strep so my wife made me a hot toddy. Fantastic! I need to get sick more often.

It's neither. Today is "Pi" Day, and A. Einstein's birthday to boot. Am I the only geek left on this forum?!?!?Fred19Flintstone said:

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++Austin, Texas. I'm the guy holding a beer. -
I was fortunate enough to try Pliny the Elder over the weekend. I friend of mine had a bottle sent to him from San Francisco. Probably the best beer I've ever tried. Would love to try Zombie Dust or Dark Lord.Large and Small BGECentral, IL

I've been going to Dark Lord day since '07. The beer is overrated, but the event is not. Great time and good people. Bunch of good stouts out there that are not Dark Lord. For what it is, Zombie Dust is very good. If you get into the city much, Pipeworks makes some outstanding IPA's that are bottled and available. If I'm in Chicago it's one of the first things I try to find.saluki2007 said:I was fortunate enough to try Pliny the Elder over the weekend. Pliny is an outstanding beer, nothing I can say about it that hasn't been said before. I also enjoy all the Alpine IPA's that come out of San Diego. They are a must try if you can get some.

Thanks @YEMTrey I'm a big fan of Revolution brewery in Chicago. Love their Anti-Hero IPA. Haven't tried Pipeworks yet. Will keep an eye out for it next time I'm up there. Can you buy at the liquor stores or only at bars?
Never mind. Looks like you can only get it outside the loop.Large and Small BGECentral, IL -
Saving this for some reason! LOL

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Bud Light, couple shots of Jack, Bud Light. Have a Sierra Nevada lined up if needed.

439 comments since I read...but kirklands vodka(Costco)...what a deal at $16 for a 1.75L. Supposedly it's made by the same distillery as grey goose. It's good!

Busy day. Finally got to sit down and relax. Poured myself a Highland Brewing (NC) Black Mocha Stout. Time to enjoy.
