Round two - Ribs

Alright so I picked up some racks of beef spare ribs to put on the egg tomorrow.   I could not find any post related to cooking spare ribs so any help would be appreciated.  I believe I will go back and pick up some baby backs to cook as back up.  

This egg is becoming addictive as I stopped by my bge dealer and was itching to buy something. Unfortunately nothing really stood out, I did get a rib rack and some oak chunks
