Alright so I picked up some racks of beef spare ribs to put on the egg tomorrow. I could not find any post related to cooking spare ribs so any help would be appreciated. I believe I will go back and pick up some baby backs to cook as back up.
This egg is becoming addictive as I stopped by my bge dealer and was itching to buy something. Unfortunately nothing really stood out, I did get a rib rack and some oak chunks

Low and slow indirect at about 225-275f dome temp for 5-6-7 hours for beef ribs and 4-5 hours for baby backs. Thats the condensed version.

Turbo Beef RibsIndirect 350. Pull membrane, Rub-mustard-rub, cherry wood. Used coffee rub.
