Carne asada, prosciutto, provolone and Anaheim peppers. Rolled up and wrapped with bacon. My first cook post so all suggestions are welcome. I did indirect at 550 4 minutes on all 4 sides. Was delicious but I will go with thicker cut of meat next time. And will try direct next time, bacon wasn't crispy.

I love bacon more than the next guy and I've found that cheap bacon works a lot better wrapping. Tends to stick better and gives a better crispy texture on a wrap
-
I'd go with Italian Car Bomb.
Looks great!I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

Ya I'm a bacon guy, had to convince momma to wrap with more bacon and she agreed it was good. Plus you dont have to season as much because of
the flavor in the bacon.Central Valley CA One large egg One chocolate lab "Halle" two chiuahuas "Skittles and PeeWee" -
I'd go with overboard lol

My last meal has these as an appetizer, they really look delicious.

Bacon needs to cook slow enough to render out the fat if you want it crispy. Whether I'm cooking bacon on the grid or bacon wrapped appetizers, I cook indirect at 325-350 degrees. How about Moink Pepper Bomb.
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

If you decide on direct next time might I suggest going raised direct at 325℉-375℉ even with thicker cuts. They'll crisp and still be juicy.LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL
