In short people have been trying to contact them since Nov. Issues with getting problems resolved, etc. If you are considering them again it would be worth setting up a fake account to check out the threads.

I looked because dayuum those knives are gorgeous @McStew !!

thanks for the info, I guess I should feel lucky I received these in about 2 weeks from when I finally got around to ordering them
