Louisiana Chicken Pasta dish

Today I made a Louisiana inspired dish.  I made my own cajun seasoning and this turned out.  I got the idea from the cheese cake factory and thought that I would give it a go.  Instead of a whipping cream, I made it lower fat with 1% milk and some corn starch
