2 Egg Day - Got the Tip Roast Cookin

So I decided to season the Tip Roast with pepper,thyme,paprika & rosemary. Cut several slits and put 3 big cloves of garlic in.  

Got the small sitting at 650° for the sear.  


And the large purring at 250° with some oak and cherry for the roasting period.

It's sitting at about 125° IT at the moment. Got my fingers crossed that this turns out good.  Stay tuned.
