Cooking dinner on the egg sounded like a better idea before I had to chip ice off my egg to pry it open...30 devrees and drizzling rain, just plain miserable out.
Veggies, chicken, heated up some tortillas, sides of fresh guacamole, beans, cilantro, and cheese.
Sorry about the plating, ran out of steam.

I always do fajitas with boneless skinless breasts, but now that I'm seeing these I can't think why. I'm definitely using thighs next time. Nice looking meal.Raleigh NC, Large BGE and KJ Joe Jr.
