Sometimes simple is satisfying

Stopped by the house at lunchtime to scrape some snow off the driveway then came in and started a simple grilled cheese sandwich on some multigrain bread. Grabbed some leftover egged sliced pork out of the freezer, topped it with some Sweet Baby Ray's and Tiger Sauce and threw it under the broiler.
Took the grilled cheese out of the pan, put the warmed up pork in the sandwich and enjoyed the gooey, spicy, smokey combo.
It was good.
