Icemaggedon 2015 DFW! Fire up the egg

Had some ribeyes left in the freezer and found a cast iron hasselbeck potatoe recipe (googled cast iron potatoe recipes). Basically 1/4 sliced red potatoes lining cast iron with butter, minced garlic, italian seasoning, S&P. Baked covered at 375 for hour. Uncover and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Turned out awesome. Sorry for the thumbnails
