Snake River Farms vs Lone Mountain

I was interested in ordering some quality steaks and came across these two sites. I was looking for some opinions from people who have tried both as  which they peferred. I have never had Kobe or Wagyu. Lone Mountain is full-blooded and Snake River is American Kobe so there is a difference in cost. Is the difference in taste between the two going to justify the cost? I look forward to hearing some experiences.

A side by side blind comparison would be ideal. Both will likely have excellent marbeling and flavor so...

FWIW I think they are both Wagyu.  "American Kobe" is sort of a marketing name.  I haven't actually had either, but I have heard nothing but rave reviews about SRF.  If it is cheaper (and looks like it is), I would go with that without hesitation.  I'm thinking of ordering something for V-day.

    (edit)
I waited too long...not gonna pay $60 to have them shipped :).  SRF has standard shipping of $10 but the 2 day/overnight gets pricey.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Yeah, I ran into that same problem of waiting too long myself. I think I will lean towards SRF because of the revies I have heard. They are having a great sale right now. Then maybe in the future I can try Lone Mountain and post some reviews on here.

My Snake River Farms order arrived yesterday.

First Take Away . . . dry ice is cool
Second Take Away . . . beautiful marbeling on 8oz Ribeyes & 6oz NYs - but wow 6oz is tiny!

6 & 8 ounce steaks make a incredible appetizer while you are waiting on the main course to get done. In the past, I have cooked several of them as a snack while the pork butt or brisket was finishing up. Nothing like a good steak for getting the stomach warmed up and ready!!

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

Or just get 4 of them and a few lobster tails and make a nice surf-and-turf-kebab.

Cannot comment on the comparison but with regard to SRF and their Standard Shipping mode:  The delivery time can be quite fast-placed a brisket order on a Sunday, they processed Monday-received via standard shipping on Weds.  FYI-
