Surf and Turf Salad - Not Quite Off Topic.....

...the steak was done on the Egg.

Disorganized weekend, ended up with two unused lobster tails and left over strip steak from making steak pizza. What to do with them? I know, surf and turf salad for tomorrow's lunch. Adult beverage not included.

XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys

    OK, something isn't adding up here. All that awesomeness and it is all in Tupperware for salad toppings???

    Most of those two strips ended up as pizza, saving the lobster for tomorrow.
