AHHH... cracked upper fire ring

Went to clean the egg (XL) so I can do pizza tonight and brisket starting early morning and discovered the upper part of the fire ring is cracked. Not sure when it happened, but will be talking to one of the dealers to get it replaced. Within 2 miles I have 3 dealers, within 3 miles there are 4. Now to see which one gives me better service.

That dealer thing is a nice problem to have. Certainly don't let that crack keep you from cooking.

Cracked fire ring will last forever, don't worry about it. Just have the dealer order one next time he places an order to avoid shipping charges.
