Got my egg this past weekend. First time on it, teriyaki chicken breasts and my special burgers. Total success! The whole family was at the house and loved it! Great to be an "EggHead!" I think salmon on cedar will be next. Can't wait to try the "squashed" turkey.

Bustin chops, but seriously, post your cooks and ask your questions here. You'll get help any time day or night and more than you can stand. This is a great resource full of knowledgable, helpful folks. Some of whom will bust your chops for no pics. B-) we really want to see what your cooking cause we all learn from each other.

I like that. This is the first time I've gotten involved in a forum. I started reading posts over the weekend and noticed all the pics. Thought it would be fun and informative. Just didn't think to take pics of what I was preparing. My wife and I are both teachers so we always enjoy learning new things and sharing information.

This is really the only forum I actually participate in. I'm an introvert by nature and thought I would be a lurker, but this group is so friendly, they suck you in. Here I am approaching 3k comments in 4 months. <:-P

I worked as a chef to get us through school, spent time as a pit master in Texas, and have cooked and barbecued all my life. Taught my son to grill in the snow. So I'm pretty used to grilling. Ready to take it to the next level on the egg.
