New Years Day Prime Rib

Just got back from a winter vacation at a friends cottage. Cooked this prime rib on new years day for five couples.
We had a little weather and a last minute gasket change to deal with. (thanks @RRP)
14 lb roast cooked indirect @ 250 to 115 then FTC'd for 30 minutes while the egg went to searing temp. A quick sear (fireball) and off to the cutting block.
Lots of happy campers standing by for the finale.
