If you don't have a slicer I would recommend one. I've used mined for bacon, Canadian bacon, turkey cold cuts, roast beef, roast pork and cheese. MDSH and I both love the slicer. We just used it to slice our leftover standing rib roast for French dip sandwiches. ;;)Every day is a bonus day and every meal is a banquet in Winter Springs, Fl !

I'd take half the money and buy the only available cordless immersion blender. I'd use the remaining $250 to start a Kickstarter campaign to design and market a stupid $39 cordless immersion blender, for the rest of you.Seriously, the market needs one, and it can't be that hard to design....X(
