Christmas Gifts In Use (pic heavy--well i guess no more than usual--)

Our Son got his ole man a DO & monster mesh strainer.
HuskerMaMa got Daddy the MM WOO, many tools and 3 one hour deep tissue massages.
Mom got her lil boy some Husker PJs and Husker Jersey (#94 for the Birth year of me & HuskerMaMa's Son
).
Our Son's GF & Mother got me some Husker BBQ tools.
They all freaking rock! \m/
Decided to roll with Brisket Chili and Cornbread. Used the new DO (Thank you Terry!). And the lid from the DO used for one batch of the cornbread and a CI pie pan for the other batch in the MM.
Go Broncos!!!

The brisket was from a cook I did about 4 months ago. The brisket, which I vac packed and froze, was like it was freshly made. Love using that thing.
