No fuss cook. 325 ish indirect for a little over 2 hours. No rub, pepper, oil - nothing. Cherry used for the second smoke. Excellent. I see ham and bean soup, pineapple and ham kabobs in the near future.

I have a spiral cut ham in the fridge. Gonna use this method. Looks like you tied up the spiral cuts to keep it together. Looks like that helped keep it from falling apart and drying out. Am I correct there? What's the final temp? Around 160*?

Looks goodSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

Only bring it up to 140 IMO. No I didn't tie it up, just put it on the smaller grid to make it easier to pick up.500 said:I have a spiral cut ham in the fridge. Gonna use this method.
