Christmas experiment rolled pork..

Rolled poke.
Stuffed with spinach, grated swiss, home roasted peppers, caramelized onion and garlic, hot italian sausage. One side been marinating in basalmic glaze 6 hrs. Rolled her up..not pretty but itll eat
Gonna roast at 300 ID
Sliding on a butternut squash with it and later some roasted brussels.....can't wait..stay tuned

I would much rather be able to say I was glad I did than wished I had........
