Compart Duroc Pork Butts

Just prepped 2 Duroc butts 7.4 and 7.9 lbs. Keeping it simple , no injection, Dizzy Pig Coarse Ground. Plan to cook at 11:00 PM at 225 grid with Oak and Hickory. Will ramp up temp if needed in the morning with a pull time of 2:30 PM.
