Basic pork chop week night cook

Simple pork chops about 3/4" thick seasoned with DP Raising the Steaks (I love that stuff on about anything). Cooked raised indirect at 450 on the Small. Baked potato with butter, sharp cheddar, homemade shoulder bacon, and the secret ingredient tonight was Laughing Cow Spicy Pepper Jack cheese spread. Simple meal for a cold weeknight but beats the hell out of indoor cooking.
