Ribs, Ribs, Ribs

All the rib posts lately forced me to pull out a slab and get them on the Egg. Slathered with some mayo than dusted with Big Green Egg Down and Dizzy rub. Pecan chips for a little smoke. Here they are getting ready and on the grill. See you in about three hours for foil and some honey and pineapple juice.
