Don't know about online, but academy sports and lowes/home depot all carry a decent selection of chunks and chips in my area

+1 for Smokinlicious.com. I recently re-ordered some from wood them and they accidentally sent the package to my old address. I emailed them and Donna quickly got back to me and re-shipped another order the same day. I've used them for years...great product and great customer service.XL BGE, Mav 733

We were within 50 miles of them a few months ago traveling. I called and wanted to stop by to pick up some wood while there and see the operation. They said sorry but do not allow retail from location and reminded me of free shipping anyway. Very nice people. Another +1 for fruita wood. Their web site is: http://www.fruitawoodchunks.com/
They are great to deal with and have a big variety of wood to choose from. If you are ever out in Grand Junction, Colorado, stop in and get your wood in person.

I use the Acadian oak with beef, especially brisket and pepper stout beef. It also works well in combo with stuff; either to mellow out the maple or Tabasco oak.
There is a Maine wood product store in Belfast, ME - my folks get it there. I think it might be a touch more than ordering online, but it supports a small store 25 minutes from where I grew up.LBGE
