my best burger

The family voted.. didn't have time to grind them so picked up some pre-pattied at Kroger. 225 indirect, mesquite chunk, season salt, brushed with mix till 130. Took them off, removed ps, cranked to 500 with ci griddle. Brushed again and seared till 160. Jacob commented on the crust. The mix was butter and aged balsamic vinegar. Actually, I was pretty happy.
Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

Sure looks good SirSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
