Better late than never right
So mom cooked the turkey, brother cooked the ham, and I was asked
to smoke a butt. So here is my Boston butt. Rubbed with EVOO, S&P,
and Butt Rub. Smoked with 2 cherry chunks and the egg @ 250 for 5 1/2
hours. Removed at 180 and wrapped in foil for about 45 minutes. Everyone enjoyed it.
Sorry about the quality of pics here. The last 2 pics were taken at night and my phone flash caused some horrible shots.

What?No sides??

Looks good. I like to pull butts at 160 tops if I'm slicing them. Makes for great sammiches too.

@caliking - Thanks. There was a 'butt load' of sides (pun intended). Problem was, I didn't get any shots of the table once I made it to my sister's house the next day. I smoked this butt the night before and sliced it around 11:30PM.
There wasn't much left after the dinner but I did manage to grab a little bit for a sammich the next day.
