Red eye express NY strips and bleu cheese potatoes/mushrooms/onions in the cast iron

Found some 1 lb strips for $5/each yesterday so it was steak night, rubbed with S/P and DP red eye express (love this stuff, threw some on the potatoes too) Had a potato, onion and mushrooms left over from the week so threw it all in the cast iron and let it go 350 indirect for 30 then topped with BC and chives Put the steaks on with the potatoes until 120 then seared at 650-700 for about 1min/side Topped with a blue cheese butter mixture
