First layer is leftover sweet potato casserole.
Second layer is Southern Mashed potatoes.
Third layer is a rue consisting of: leftover cubed turkey, diced sauteed bacon, diced sauteed sweet onion and leftover stuffing.
Fourth and final layer was sprinkled lite Mexican three cheese and then cracked fresh eggs over the top.
Baked at 350℉ approximately 40 minutes and then broiled for an additional 3 minutes.
Side note: This should probably be your only meal for the day as it is most likely calorie heavy. ). & not pictured a little bit of fresh cranberry orange salad.

And we've been watching football together almost all day. She cheers my Huskers when they play and I cheer her Gators when they play. And we're both Bronco fans. We're cleaning a little bit at a time today & setting up the house for Christmas.LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL -
Sounds like a good match to me Blake! You know there really is nothing like a good marriage and also nothing like a BAD one. I am glad you are on the good side of the equation.Louisville, GA - 2 Large BGE's

Thank You! I try to keep my boys fed when Blakey isn't outside cooking. Sorry it took me so long to reply. I rarely if ever get on here. Blakey said I could go blind if I'm on late at night. I was in the Navy with him so, he says I'd fit right in with my Sailor mouth. Lolhenapple said:@HuskerMaMa ....that looks better than anything I've seen here for a while. Wow.
Thank you for the compliment though. I call it cleaning out the refrigerator to make room. -
That looks delicious! Best use of leftovers I have seen in awhile, and has given me inspiration, thanks.
