Chili Lasagna

Had some chili leftovers. It had beans, so the translation for all you Texans is "bean soup leftovers."
Came up with this tonight, and it was phenomenal. Got two thumbs up from the wife as well. It was new to me, but I googled it afterwards, and others have done similar recipes. I used boil-free noodles and layered on chili, cheddar and cilantro. Did 3 layers and topped with sour cream to finish. Craaaazy good! This will make the rotation.

Brother I love both chili and lasagna. Haver never thought of combining the two before. This is on the to do list now. Excellent job sir.

That looks awesome. I've done pretty close to the same thing with tortilla shells. I will definitely have to try it your way.
