Thanksgiving spatchcock, and iGrill 2 with plated pics

Happy Thanksgiving EggHeads. Here's some pics of the iGrill 2 graph and my spatchcocked turkey. From the graph you can see the egg was not stable when the bird went on. iGrill graph was grate temp, dome temp was about 350°. Turned out great. Seasoned with BGE Whirley Bird seasoning.
