Happy Thanksgiving 2014...

Just want to wish everyone here a happy and safe holiday weekend with your family and friends. I am planning on using this thread to just post my thanksgiving related posts and pics.
All my shopping is done, I hope, as everyone one is just going nutty between the holiday and the forecasted snow tomorrow. We have a really good friend coming tomorrow and staying till Friday, joining us for turkey day for the first time. Elise has no school already tomorrow due to the snow...
My sides are in the oven now so all I will have left to do is prep the turkey breasts tomorrow night and then egg them and make stock Thanksgiving morning. We are eating earlier this year because we want to watch the Eagles kick the crap outta the Cowgirls
Either Friday or early Saturday my BIL and I are heading upstate to the cousins hunting camp to hang for a few days, so Thanksgiving will be it for egging this weekend.

Turkey breasts are prepped and ready for the egg. Compound herb butter under and over the skin and then rubbed with sea salt, cracked pepper, and garlic salt. Doing the small one first to be sliced for sammys during the Eagles game and the larger one will be done next for dinner.
