Friday nite Wings

I was planing to cook these Thursday but had to wait til Fri. Nite so they dried in the fridg. for 36 hours instead of 12.

Cooked at 350 ( it was 24 degrees outside)

These were the best wings I've ever had crispy and yet tender and moist. The hot sause was splashed on at the end of the cook and the skin stayed crisp.
