Too much pizza talk

Why is it that when someone discusses something, I want it? Reading the pizza post got me craving pizza. Tomorrow is suppose to be 40° and sunny. That's a perfect egging day(I know, everyday is a perfect day to egg). Just finished making some dough for tomorrow. Looking for pizza dough recipes is like asking an EggHead which is the best way to light the egg. I think anything goes. I got tired of looking so I just used simple measurements hoping that I'll remember how to make it if the pizza turns out good. 3-2-1. Here's the ingredients.
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons yeast
1 cup water
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
Plan is to let it sit in the refrigerator until about 1500 tomorrow. Now I just need to figure out toppings.

Results- good 3/3. The dough wasn't as stretchy as I would of liked. Maybe it needed more water or more time to break down or 00 flour. I don't know, but one of these days I'll get the right dough. Or better yet, one of you EggHeads will give me the pizza magic. Today was the first time making a decent shaped pizza. Whoohoo! Round pizza. I Egged in the 500° range because I was using my pampered chef stone. Here's a few pics. @SGH, hope I didn't keep you standing by too long.

@Smoker317, welcome to the forum. I'm honored that your first comment on the forum was on my thread. Hopefully all goes well with your pizza tomorrow night. Good luck. I'll be looking forward to your post on how the pizza cook went.Steven
