First Time Baby Back Ribs on Big Green Egg...Amazing!

I finally ventured into the realm of Baby Back Ribs on the Egg. I used a combination of techniques I found on the forum...and the result was the best tasting, most tender ribs I have ever tasted! I am not the greatest cook, so if I can do it anyone can.
I used Sticky Fingers and Todd's Dirt rubs mixed. I let rest in the refrigerator for an hour and cooked for 4.5 hours at 225 degrees, basting every hour with apple juice! Amazing!

Welcome....I love Sticky Fingers, I load up on sauce every time we are down that way !!Sticky Fingers is one of my most favorite BBQ joints, right up there with Sweet P's BBQ and House of Soul !!!!! Tennessee has it going on !!!!!!.

I found some sauce near me, But I haven't seen any rub except in the restaurants.I might take you up on that...I've still got some rub left from my last visit.We are going on a cruise in February, so I'll stop by Sticky Fingers and Sweet P's on my way to/from Florida.Thanks,Donnie

Donnie, head up to Cincy. Near my house is Jungle Jim's and they carry every Sticky Finger sauce there is. They have a wonderful rub and sauce department. Next time I'm there I'll check to see if they have the rub.

YEMTrey !! I've been there several times...I always get fascinated by the cheese selection and the different rooms from around the world.I also always try to stop in Papa Deaux's when I'm up there !!!There is also a Peruvian Restaurant there in that area that is good..if you like Peruvian....I do !!Thanks and do please let me know about the rub....thanks again.
