Ribs with Homemade Spicy Apricot Sauce

I think that after more than my share of failures I finally have ribs down. I'm using a lot less rub and a rich but not too sweet homemade sauce I found on Serious Eats. I'm loosely using the technique from Aaron Franklin's YouTube video.

Sides were Bloody Mary Tomato & Cucumber Salad and a bowl of fresh berries.
