2nd Brisket on BGE

Hi All,
Just wanted to share my experience w/ Smoking a brisket on my BGE.
Cook temp: 275
Cook time: 9 hrs
Rub: Rudy's Rub
Cook Method: Indirect w/ Plate setter legs up (Water Pan)
Brisket Internal temp: Pulled at 194
