Howdy everyone...been lurking for way too long. Decided it was time to start contributing. Here is the redfish on the half-shell and vegetable skewers we did tonight. Pretty easy and pretty tasty. My bride says its healthy too...

Thank you for all the great stuff yall post. My folks live in Salado and hoping to meet a bunch of yall at Eggfest this year.

Redfish are almost as good to eat as they are fun to catch. One of my favorites as well. Nice job and welcome.
