dldawes1 . I was going thru Versailles anyway and needed lump also. Was glad you introduced me to Mike Drury at Bluegrass Grills(he's probably glad too since I couldn't stop with just getting lump, had to empty my wallet getting all sorts of other nice gadgets.) Seriously, if you live in Ky., particularly central Ky., give Mike a call. He is a passionate egger. Gave me lots of ideas without pressuring me to buy anything, though I had little resistance to all the goodies setting around. Came home with lump, a digital thermometer, rib/turkey rack, fitted pan, cast iron grid and lust for that XL setting in the corner.
