Smoky Bourbon Glazed Baby Backs

Made a really good marinade last night that was inspired by mall food court bourbon chicken. I used skinless boneless chicken thighs. It was really good! I saved some unused marinade and used it on some baby backs tonight. =P~ The glaze had about a cup of bourbon, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup or so of soy sauce, about 1/2 cup of ginger ale, minced onion, garlic powder, black pepper and crushed red pepper. I simmered that for awhile and used some corn starch to thicken.
