Did these Sunday and they were good. I got inpatient so instead of doing one jalapeno per piece of chicken, I just laid a bunch of jalapeno on on full breast and folded over and wrapped in bacon. My jalepenos were small from the garden.------------------------------

I did these last weekend. I didn't cut the jalapeno's in half .. I thought i cleaned all the membrane out, boy was I wrong - THEY WERE FREAKING HOT!Next time, I cut the pepper in half, make sure the insides are cleaned really good. BOy did I learn my lesson.I've slow smoked and eaten so much pork, I'm legally recognized as being part swine - Chatsworth Ca.
