Roasting Pan for Thanksgiving

I am picking up a ~25lbs bird for the family function at thanksgiving. I am searching for a large oval roasting pan to cook the bird and MM Gravy in, and was curious if anyone had any suggestions, or experience with different pans. I'm browsing the internet today, but can shop locally as well!
Thanks!
Thanks!

Paderno makes an oval with the handles offset. I'll check mine tonight. When the handles aren't offset it's a problem.

@fusionhq - I always use the disposable roasting pans that you can get at the Grocery Store or Wally World. 23 lbs is a big bird, so if you got one of the disposable ones, you have to be sure and get the one with the wire handles and the wire that reinforces the bottom of the pan. Even with that, I'd put one hand underneath the pane when I carried it.
Last year my bird was 19 lbs and I used one of the disposable pans with the wire handles and it was no problem.
Good luck brother!

ive also cooked with a drip pan on a pizza stone with a grid sitting on the pan and air gap under the pan. you dont really need a nice roasting pan

I used an aluminum pan last time. It works, except, I am looking for a better solution for making the gravy. It's hard to get all the "crud" off the bottom of the alum. pans due to the ridges and valleys.

You are right. The one I have is Cameron. It fits the large. MIL gave me a Paderno and it doesn't fit. I can use the cover on the XL but the main pan is too tall.fishlessman said:i have a cameron, similar to the one suggested by little steven, im pretty sure its this one but 25#r just might not fit. i roast in the short section, then make soup in the taller section

Thanks for the help. Anyone have one that fits the XL well and can hold a big bird?!

@Cookinbob helped me out and mentioned this pan (link below) in a post last week. $69.95 with free shipping on Amazon. He runs an XL and I run a Large egg so I bought this pan for my large and all I needed to do was tweak the handles in a tad so it would fit in my setup. Can't even tell it was modified and fits perfect. This will hold the 21LB bird we will be cooking. Hope this helps you out.@Cookinbob has a photo of his XL setup with this pan in this post.
