image LawnRanger’s Wings: this is from LawnRanger... The only way I ever do them.....(all measurements are approx.) It's not rocket science.

handful of brown sugar
4 oz. balsamic vinegar
4 oz. Soy sauce
2-4 oz. Worchestershire
3-4 tbs. catsup
2-3 tsp. mustard
smashed up chipotle chile(s) with 2-3 tsp. adobo sauce (to taste)

Mix in ziplock bag and add wings or drummettes. Marinate several hours to overnight. Cook on elevated grid at about 300 turning once or twice. I usually baste with remaining marinade after first flip. When they get close, I shut everything down and let dwell until finished. It's my go to recipe.
Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.
