A burger from Hell

My neighbor brought me a sack of jalapenos. There must have been 40+ in the bag. I love jalapenos, but I was trying to figure out how I could use all of them. I decided on a roasted jalapeno relish for a burger. I removed the stems and cored about half of them. I roasted the jalapenos, then threw them into a food processor along with 1/2 an onion, a tomato, garlic and S&P. 

The burger is ground chuck and pattied into 1/4lb patties. I topped the burger with habanero cheese, jalapeno relish and mayo and served it on a toasted pretzel bun. This burger was great and I will definitely do this again.
