Tonight SWMBO took me out for my birthday which is tomorrow. J. Alexander's in Birmingham. One of the best steaks I've had at a restaurant. Also, NYO Mac and Cheese. NYO stands for Not Your Ordinary. This was perfectly cook. Erin got Filet Kabobs, all of these veggies were marinated in their signature Steak Maui marinade. Both dishes were fantastic.
