Wahoo Fish Tacos

A friend of mine went fishing out of oregon inlet this weekend. They caught some wahoo and tuna. He brought me some back. My wife and I ate the tuna before I could take a picture. However, the fish tacos were incredible on a Monday night. My wife also made a black bean and corn salsa. We added sour cream, avacado and sriracha

I caught a 45 lb Wahoo a few years ago. I love it's texture and flavor. Your grilled fish looks excellent.
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.
