Pizza With a Little Help From My Looflighter

I cooked a couple of mini deep pan pizzas on the Mini BGE yesterday using my Lodge CI skillet. I used my normal recipe for the dough and let the Mini settle in at 500 degrees. When the pizza dough was done the cheese was melted, but not browned. I like my cheese brown and my Looflighter was laying beside my Egg, so I used it to brown the cheese. It just took a few seconds and I got a great result.imageimageimageimageimageimage<img
