Sunday Salmon and Stuff

I did these Stacked Sweet Potatoes last weekend and had to do again
Getting cozy on the egg at 400° indirect Had some frozen salmon fillet so I thawed and marinated in soy,garlic,ginger,chives and lemon juice for 30mins and now on the CI griddle in the small at 400° Once that all was done I started dessert on the large cause it was set up for indirect.
